1. Economy
The stamping process for manufacturing automotive parts has a wide range of applications, and the operation of the stamping process is relatively convenient, which can generate high productivity. In the process of stamping technology, its economy has a serious impact on the batch production problem due to the cost of grinding tools. The production batch is inversely proportional to the individual processing and production costs of stamped parts, and the smaller the production batch, the higher the cost consumption of the stamping process. Therefore, if the number of parts produced is relatively small, using other solutions is more suitable for the economic benefits of the enterprise. In the process of manufacturing stamping parts, it is necessary to combine multiple production plans to maximize the economic benefits of the enterprise.
2. Processability
When making stamping parts, the difficulty of their parts is reflected accordingly. From the perspective of technology, the analysis mainly focuses on the degree, material performance, and size, and its basic requirements need to comply with the regulations of stamping technology. In addition, processability is also reflected in its ease of operation, fewer required processes, and stable quality. Under normal circumstances, the structure and degree of stamped parts can affect their final processability. If the processability of the parts is poor, it is necessary to make appropriate modifications to the part drawings to improve the processability of the stamped parts.
（2） Precautions for stamping parts manufacturing
Install two hand brake switches on semi-automatic and manual punching machines, and it is strictly prohibited to press the switch by foot or one hand. After adjusting the machine for high impact and normal stamping, close the speaker (except for the packaging of product 8065 during inspection). During continuous stamping, employees are not allowed to pick up products with their hands within 1 meter of the punching machine. When technicians use the mold adjustment machine, they can only debug it by one person, not two people. The technician can only adjust the machine and deliver materials outside the machine, with a distance of no less than 1M. When installing the mold, tighten the screws and stop the machine after 4 hours to check if the screws are loose. When there are problems with the mold during the production process and it is not necessary to remove the mold, but to repair it directly on the machine tool, the injection molding machine power must be turned off first and a maintenance label must be hung on the power box before the mold can be repaired.
All tools should be returned to the toolbox after use and should not be placed on the machine to avoid slipping and injuring people. When the machine is not in production, it is necessary to cut off the power supply in a timely manner. When short workpieces are needed, special tools should be used and direct feeding or picking up by hand is not allowed. Producers should stand properly, keep their hands and heads at a distance from the punch, and always pay attention to the movements of the punch. It is strictly prohibited to chat with others. Operators and mold repairers are strictly prohibited from putting their hands into the mold during the production of metal stamping parts.
When installing the suction fan, operators are strictly prohibited from reaching their hands onto the motor to clean waste materials. It is strictly prohibited to wear slippers during work to prevent workshop molds, iron blocks, etc. from hitting your feet. Team leaders, fitters, and mold repairmen wear safety shoes when working; Male operators are strictly prohibited from wearing long hair, while female operators should curl up their long hair to prevent it from getting caught in the flywheel.
