Common fault analysis and solutions:

7) The powder scraper is severely worn, resulting in poor powder scraping effect. At this time, the powder scraper should be replaced;
8) The cleaning effect of downward flushing is poor, resulting in clogging.
3. Loose or poor appearance quality of tablets: Loose or poor appearance quality of tablets is mainly caused by low pressure, uneven particles, low water content, or difficulty in pressing material components. The solution is to adjust the pressure handwheel to increase pressure, adjust the composition of particles and auxiliary materials. If the particles are too dry, 75% ethanol can be sprayed for wetting.
4. There is a loud noise from the machine vibration during tablet pressing: The loud noise from the machine during tablet pressing is caused by the uneven pressure on both sides, which can be resolved by adjusting the pressure.
